The brief & The Approach

Design a unique website that conveys a character's personality, values and message, while building an interactive experience that speaks their language.

I chose Lord-Voldemort. Drawing inspiration from his dark and eerie presence, the project breaks away from the established visual language of the 'Harry Potter' universe to create something new and luxurious, while still remaining connected to the broader wizarding world.

The Concept

An e-commerce website for an anti-aging brand. The website presents a collection of seven products — seven “Horcruxes” — each representing a different formulation in the fight against aging, decay, and the effects of time.

Lord Voldemort, AKA The Dark Lord, AKA not the nicest wizard in the 'Harry Potter' universe. One of the most feared figures in the wizarding world, driven by a relentless obsession with power, control and most of all- Immortality.

Ornamental language, gothic influences and Art decorative lines like in the image contributed to the creation of a mystical visual system that deepens the brand's dark ritualistic world.

AI models were created, drawing inspiration from imagery with a pale, cold and unsettling aesthetic that moves between beauty, decay and inhumanity.

Sigils are symbolic marks traditionally used in magical practices to represent specific power or intention.

Design System

Canela Deck allowed me to balance elegance and luxury with a darker tone, given its thin, sharp letterforms and pointed serifs that subtly echo the character's sinister presence. Paired with IBM Plex Sans, it creates a clean contrast that adds clarity and supports readability.
