The brief & The Approach

As part of an interactive design course exercise titled "The Future of Pharma", we were sent to research a medical issue, condition, or healthcare-related procedure and propose a solution to a problem through an interactive product.

For this project, we focused on the process woman currently go through in order to obtain the morning-after pill, and explored how could a digital product turn it into a more discreet, personal and supportive experience.

The Problem

Obtaining the morning-after pill often requires woman to answer intimate questions in a public pharmacy setting, making a deeply personal process feel exposed and uncomfortable.

When I need to obtain the morning-after pill…

1

I need to complete the required medical process privately so I can avoid exposing personal information in front of others.

2

I need access to clear guidance and professional support, so I can feel informed, reassured and in control.

3

I need to collect the pill discreetly, so I can go through the process with privacy and dignity.

Design System

Narkiss Hadash Extended was chosen for the headings for its strong presence and soft, human quality. It felt feminine without being childish, and sensitive without being weak — a balance that suited the intimate nature of the experience. Paired with Narkiss Hadash Trial Light for the running text, the combination maintains warmth, clarity, and readability throughout the interface.
